Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—we currently ship within the United States. For updates, subscribe to our emails.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- U.S.‑stock items: typically ~2–5 business days after shipment
- Overseas partner items: typically ~5–10 business days after shipment
- Some items ship from Canada/EU and usually arrive within the same 5–10 business‑day window
Business days exclude weekends/holidays. Weather and carrier volumes may cause delays.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We ship from select partner facilities. If your items ship from different locations, you’ll receive separate parcels and tracking numbers.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct address. Once in transit, rerouting isn’t guaranteed.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
Most shipments don’t require a signature. For high‑value items, the carrier may require one at their discretion.
What is your return window?
For most apparel/accessories, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. If a product page lists a longer window (e.g., 14 days), that longer window applies.

Who pays for return shipping?
For change‑of‑mind/fit returns, customers pay the return shipping. If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover return or replacement shipping (please notify us within 48 hours with photos).
How do I start a return?

within your return window with your order number and the item(s). We’ll reply with the correct return address (varies by supplier) and an RMA if needed.
When will I see my refund?
After inspection, we refund the merchandise price to your original payment method. Your bank/card may take 1–2 billing cycles to post the credit.
Do you offer exchanges?
To get your new item fastest, place a new order and return the original for a refund.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it—what do I do?
Check nearby doors, mailrooms, and neighbors. Many “delivered” scans appear shortly before actual delivery. If it still hasn’t arrived the next business day, contact the carrier and our team.
My item is damaged, defective, or incorrect—how do you help?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We accept major cards and accelerated checkouts such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability may vary by device/browser).
Do you price match or adjust prices after purchase?
