  • Overseas partner items: ~5–10 business days after shipment
  • Some items ship from Canada/EU and typically arrive within the same 5–10 business‑day window

Estimates exclude weekends/holidays and start after the package ships.

  • Standard: request a return within 7 days of delivery
  • If a product page shows a longer window (e.g., 14 days), that longer window applies

  • Overseas partner items usually arrive in ~5–10 business days after shipment.
  • Some items dispatch from Canada/EU; most arrive within the 5–10 business‑day window above.

If your order includes items from multiple partner facilities, you may receive separate shipments with individual tracking numbers.

Shipping fees

Exact shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item(s), supplier origin, destination, and any active promotions.

Tracking

We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your package ships. Multiple‑item orders may generate multiple tracking numbers.

Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility & timing

  • For most apparel and accessories, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • If a product page lists a longer window (e.g., 14 days), that longer window applies to that item.

Final‑sale / non‑returnable items

The following categories are final sale and non‑returnable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Jewelry & Watches
  • Undergarments
  • Sunglasses & Goggles
  • Beauty / Makeup / Personal‑Care (non‑returnable unless damaged on arrival)

Item condition

Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in original, resalable condition with all tags/packaging. Please place the product box inside a shipping carton—do not attach labels directly to the product packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Change of mind / fit: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Wrong, damaged, or defective: we’ll cover return or replacement shipping—please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

How to start a return

  1. Email contactus@septembersisters.com (or text (424) 241-0418) within your return window with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and the correct return address (this may vary by supplier) and provide an RMA if needed.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable service and share the tracking link to avoid delays.

Refunds

  • After your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the merchandise price.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective.
  • Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take 1–2 billing cycles to post the credit.

For the fastest service, please place a new order for the item/size you want and return the original following the steps above.
